Sparkling wine Natur is produced by the ancestral method ("pet-nat") from an autochthonous variety vitovska grganja. It is bottled in the final stage of fermentation, without any additives, so each bottle is unique. All have in common is reflect the characteristics of the variety in all its aspects.
