Only best graps of the highest quality are used to produce the SELECTED TERAN PTP. Maceration is longer as grapes contain more phenols, anthocyanins, minerals and aromatic substances, which are of a key importance for higher quality wines. We process it in a combination of stainless steel and wooden barrels, which we use to emphasize the mature character of the wine and maintain the aroma of dark fruits, which is genuine for Teran.
